Please congratulate Carlos Davila for being our 2016 Outstanding Service Award recipient!  This award is sponsored by Phillips 66 and USA Swimming.

As the lead timing operator, key administration official and equipment manager for San Diego Imperial Swimming, Carlos Davila has been instrumental in the smooth execution of meets for the last 6+ years.  He is the first one to show up at the meets and the last one to leave.  He is tireless in his efforts at keeping all the equipment in prime running condition.  He is also an expert at debugging issues on the fly and getting the meet running if any problems come up.  Carlos is shown receiving his award at the SI SC Junior Olympics from Kevin Lee – SI General Chair.
